Shipping & Return Policy
Cut Above Home ships all orders via UPS. US Domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground.
Sorry no International Shipping.
Most orders will be shipped out in 3-4 business days. If an item is backordered customer will be notified by email with an estimated delivery date. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you and tracking number when your order ships.
At Cut Above Home we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returned items will receive a 100% refund less outbound shipping costs.
To return an item:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in new condition and in original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and also your email address. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for the return. Repackage the item in the original packaging plus any additional packaging to prevent any damage.
We strongly suggest you insure the package otherwise you will be responsible for any damage during the return shipment. Ship via a trackable method and e-mail us the tracking number. We suggest UPS.
If the returned item arrives damaged to us, we will notify the customer via e-mail. It is the customers' responsibility to file a claim with their shipper
When we receive the item in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount and tax of the item less original shipping charges.
• We will only issue credit to the credit card originally used.
• Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.
• We cannot issue a refund for the return of certain items, including:
...Sale or Clearance items
...Custom or special orders
...Any item or style not listed or shown on our web site
...Any item not in its original condition
...Any item that has obvious signs of use
Returning to a Cut Above Home Store Location
You may drop off a return at one of our store locations to save return shipping costs.
Please follow the procedure listed above with packaging, email address and receipt. Your product will be returned to our warehouse for inspection and then a refund will be issued to your original card.
CUT ABOVE IN-STORE POLICIES AND WEBSITE POLICIES ARE COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER.
